To all our Marin Hotels guests:

We have been preparing for your arrival at Acqua Hotel and want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our highest priority. As such, we have implemented the following measures to achieve maximum cleanliness throughout our hotels:

• Common areas throughout the hotel are sanitized hourly.
• Physical Distancing is practiced at check-in, and throughout your stay.
• Hand sanitizer dispensers and sanitizing wipes are located throughout the hotel.
• Clear barriers, at the front desk, reduce contact between guests and staff.
• Room keys are sanitized after use.
• All staff and guests are required to wear masks at check-in and when moving throughout the public spaces in the hotel.
• Rooms are electrostatically sprayed, between guests.
• In-room heating and air conditioning are not centralized. Each room is equipped with an individual unit which circulates air in its own environment.
• Housekeeping staff will not enter a guestroom after a guest has checked in. However, our guests can request fresh linens, any time.
• A light Continental Breakfast will be available to our guests in the breakfast room to "grab and go" in individually prepared containers.
• Our communal evening wine reception is discontinued, but all guests will receive a gift bag, at check-in which includes a half bottle of wine, two bottles of water, alcohol wipes, and snacks.

Please note, we have modified our cancellation policy: If you are affected by COVID-19 we will waive our usual cancellation fee. This includes if you or a family member is waiting on a diagnosis or are being treated for COVID-19.
